Olight For Glock 19
The PL-MINI Valkyrie is the world's most powerful compact weapon light with a maximum output of 400 lumens using the built-in CREE XP-L HI LED. This extremely lightweight gunlight is also compact enough not to compromise the balance of the pistol, while being ideal for holster carrying. It is powered by a built-in Lithium Polymer battery and can be charged via the magnetic charging port on the bottom of the light using a compatible MCC charging cable with some of our other models. The PL-MINI incorporates our quick attach and release system, ideal for pistol carrying, and is compatible with both Glock and Picatinny rails. With its high portability, output and convenient magnetic charging system, the PL-MINI is the most compact gun light for carrying and concealing.

While not designed to hide, our OWB Holsters hug the body with a minimalist design. There are a variety of leash attachment options including single loop (pictured), double loop and paddle.
Every Dara holster comes standard with a military grade rubber retention system. This system has been designed by us specifically for our heels. The system is capable of retaining minimal reserved adjustments, allowing the end user a truly customized experience.

Light Bearing Glock 19 Kydex Owb Holster For Olight Pl Mini
Folks, Olette has done it again. They've launched another innovative light in the stable - this time it's decidedly small, but powerful, packing everything you need into a pint-sized gun light with no frills to scoff at. Ladies and gentlemen, meet the Oulette PL-Mini 2 "Valkyrie".
Unlike the full-sized light that Doc Montana reviewed, the Olight Baldr Pro, the little light I have on hand is a neat combination of compact and powerful. With a total weight of 2.57 ounces, the Olight PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie is just over two inches long and a quarter inch wide, and provides 233.46 lumens per ounce of weight for a total of 600 lumens (!) and 2500 candelas of its CREE XP-L HD bulb total output.
For perspective, let's compare this to the long-standing industry standard, the Streamlight TLR-1 (which I love and still use today). The TLR-1 dwarfs the Valkyrie at 3.39 inches long and 4.2 ounces heavy, and the battery compartment had to be wide enough to accommodate the payload of two CR-123A batteries. The TLR-1 also only produces a yawn-inducing 300 lumens, but its intensity is more focused at 12,000 candela. If we take my totally arbitrary but interesting lumens per ounce metric for weight, the TLR-1 comes on the table at a dismal 71.43 lumens per ounce. Remember: 5 years ago, the TLR-1 was the top of the light heap; today, products from many companies, including Olight, eclipse the old Faithful weapon light. Times are changing...and Ollette is at the forefront of that change.
Despite the great performance, my favorite part of the Olight PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie is Olight's rejection of unnecessary features. Unlike other Olight products we've reviewed, such as the Warrior Mini EDC Flashlight, the Valkyrie offers two settings: on and off. Gunlights (or any lighting that can be used in high-stress environments) require special qualities: easy-to-implement controls that don't require delicate motor operation, and sheer simplicity that prevents the operator from being overwhelmed with options when they need a damn thing to activate and work. Needing an intense, blazing 600 lumens of output to illuminate a threat, and then turning on the light to find it's in 5 lumens "moonlight" mode would be pretty bad, in my opinion. No, a light mounted on a weapon needs clear operation in the first place - I'm glad to see that Olight didn't cram this commercial light with unnecessary features, just say it can.
Withdrawn: Picatinny Rail Attachment, Olight For Baby Glocks, With Holster
When it comes to easy-to-activate controls, the Olight PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie has the easiest activation hardware you could ever need: a simple set of paddle switches—a switch that sits on either side of the pistol's trigger to protect your ambidextrous use. Just A quick flick of either switch sends 600 lumens of photon love to your target. Another tap turns Valkyrie off. Holding down the switch for more than one touch activates the momentary mode, which keeps the light on for as long as you keep your finger on the switch. That's it, no unnecessary strobing or multiple power levels. on and off. I like.
The Olight PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie offers something no other gun light can say: full housing adjustability. To eliminate the hassle of switching Picatinny rail keys to fit your firearm, Olight offers only two keys (although the "Glock" key installed works with every gun we've tried.) and an innovative holster system patented slide piece. Flip the simple paddle lever open and mount the Olight PL-MIni 2 Valkyrie on the rail. Then, grab the light body by the "OLIGHT" sign before turning the lever to the off position, and simply slide the light back and forth to fit your grip and fingers. A twist of the lever strongly stops all work. This feature ensures maximum ergonomics combined with broad platform compatibility and is an effective and elegant solution.
Great EDC combo: a Glock 19 and a PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie, a Benchmade Mini-Griptilian and an Olight Warrior Mini.
FYI, this light cannot be used on the new generation of miniature semi-automatic pistols such as the SIG Sauer P365; these often require a proprietary rail system, although the aftermarket seems to be emerging - hopefully Olight will develop one for these miniature defense pistols A kind of lamp.

Because the Valkyrie's case is sealed to help it achieve IPX6 water and dust resistance, the batteries can't be replaced as they drain during use. solution? Charge that idiot! Outlet doesn't use annoying USB ports that are permeable to corrosion and difficult to clean; instead, they have developed a proprietary system that uses a clip-on disk charger,
Apple Watch, charging the lithium-ion polymer battery on the Valkyrie. On the bottom of the charger's blue-anodized case, there's a small built-in light that lets you know the state of charge. It's simple - red means the Valkyrie is currently charging, and green means the light's battery is fully charged and ready for use. A quick pull easily pulls the charger off the light, and there's no fear of damage if you need to pull the light off the charger in a hurry.
The battery provides enough power for an hour of continuous cranking; that's better than the 40 minutes of use of the very similar but laser-equipped Olight Baldr Mini. (For my review of the Olight Baldr Mini on SHTFblog.com, click here.). It takes about an hour and a half to fully charge my PL-Mini 2 battery.
I really like the Olight charging system, but I admit I've reversed the polarity of the magnets on the Olight Baldr Mini and rejected the charging cable. It's frustrating, but the Valkyrie has a two-year warranty. I asked the authorities at Olight how to fix this; I'll edit this article with the solution provided.

As it happens in the fast-paced world of gear reviews, I received this Valkyrie a few days before the flash sale deadline that Olight wanted me to highlight, so I didn't have time for a low-light workout...or anything like that, of course. However, using it around my house and running in the woods at night, my 4Runner produced some positive results when used as intended.
Inside the house, the Valkyrie's beams are perfect—bright white with hotspots covering a 32-inch door frame that opens about 15 feet. This level of focus provides a useful
